USB Power Surge Problem

My motherboard is the Gigabyte B550M DS3H. Only a few of the USB port works. For example, I have 4 usb devices and my microphone doesn't work, so I try unplugging and reinserting it back it. Then there are 2 things that can happen 1 is that my keyboard, mouse and headset turn off and the USB Power Surge message pops up. Number 2 is that all my usb devices stay on, but the usb power surge message pops up. Also the front USB on my NZXT H510 works perfectly.

Ryzen 5 3600

Gigabyte B550M DS3H

NZXT H510

Windows 20H2

Bios Version: F13h
