Budget (including currency): 1300 usd

Country: America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: a little 3d modeling, schoolwork, and games like StarCraft, apex legends and random steam games

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): i need everything but a mouse i only want one monitor for now may upgrade later i would like 144hz at 1080p. I'm thinking about buying this summer and i have no preexisting parts and i want to build it my self

Even better would be Intel i5 11400F, but I don't have a motherboard do recommend with that.

 

But yeah, what davemc recommended is pretty good!
