Computer Shuts Off Unexpectedly

As the title suggests, my PC shuts itself off randomly, sometimes while I'm just browsing the internet or playing games and other times when it's not even doing anything. I'm more than sure it is a hardware issue, but I have no idea how to figure out which piece of hardware is causing it. In event viewer, the reason for shut off is "Kernel-Power".
