The Gammaxx GTE V2 is better.

The CR-1400 is a smaller 92mm cooler that seems to perform worse than the Wraith Prism and Gammaxx 300 in these tests:

Does anyone here uses deepcool gammax gte v2 or jonsbo cr1400 
I would like to ask if which is better?

no, I mean what CPU do you plan on using/are using? What case do you have? What are you using the CPU for? Gaming? Photoshop? All of these factors matter.

Oh sorry I have an ryzen 5 2600 and a fantech cg71 as a case

The Gammaxx 400 Pro seems to perform better here but there aren't many direct comparisons available. https://quasarzone.com/bbs/qc_qsz/views/692994

The Gammaxx GTE V2 is probably the worse performing of the 3 but any of them would be fine for the 2600.
