BIG UI issue

Hey, 

So randomly the Lock Screen and notification UI on my girlfriends phone is zoomed way in but everything else is normal, it’s not the triple tap zoom and Mini display doesn’t work and I’ve crawled through all the setting. Has anyone come across this? Factory reset is my last resort as it’s an ex-retail demo and resetting it means I’ve to go through the retail demo removal again.
