FPS Drops And Stutters

i've been having a lot of drops and stutters on games especially on CPU based games such as: Minecraft and CSGO. Please help me, my sepcs are written in my profile

could go into nvidia control panel and change your Nvidia PhysX to GPU, if not already, as it could take a bit of the load away from the cpu and your gpu is good enough to hadle it, in addition to this, you could change power mode to performance, again if not done already.

Also are your drivers all up to date?

all of these have been already set on, and yes they are

it is if it weren't my PC wouldn't open. Would it?

it can still open, it could cause some issues like this, especially in high cpu loads

I only have iGPU Multi Monitor

it was already disabled and i had enabled it
