Graphics card questions.

Hey all, 
So, I am on the "fixitfixitfixitfixit" GPU drops/restock Discord, and I want to be notified immediately on my phone when a link is sent out for a card in stock. The problem is, discord says due to the size of the server I won't get moble push notiflications for non @ mention messages. The thing is the message says, @here @3060 . So shouldn't I get a notification or does it have to @ my discord name?

Also, when 3060s are released with the new chip in mid May, will tech news sites and Nvidia release a time and date they are going to be put on the market? Or will people just have to wait and then if it pops up buy it?
