I'd get the first one because I think the XSPC waterblocks, reservoirs and rads are better.

I would pick teh first one aswell, by the looks of the video on the 2nd link the build quality looks cheap. However the first one looks fine in my opinion ;) .

I wanted to add another AX240 in the front of my case, because I have a high oc on the cpu @4.6 and a 780 @1.28. So I would like to be able to dissipate more heat since only one rad (which isn't that thick) wouldn't be enough.

the alphacool is a cheaper set,

 

but the XSPC is alot more beautifull, i mean look at that photon res :D
