Aligning 2 monitors perfectly?

I need some help. I have 2 monitors, one 23.8 inch MSI and the other being 31.5 inch Samsung. I use the 31.5 inch as my main screen and I have my 23.8 inch mounted vertically to the left beside it. The problem is, the VESA mount on the Samsung monitor isn't at the center of the monitor (height wise), it's more towards the bottom of the monitor. So the 2 monitors aren't aligned height wise, but I'm fine with that. The problem I have is I want to be able to absolutely flawlessly move the mouse across the screen pixel perfect. I've tried to look for many solutions on the internet but didn't come across any as they were all pointing towards window display alignment,  but with the standard window display alignment I can't seem to get my 2 monitors to align perfectly and it's off by probably about 10-15 pixels. It annoys me. Is there a solution to this?

Moving across "pixel perfect" is ONLY possible if your monitors have the exact same vertical resolution when they're mounted side by side.

 

Basically if your 24" is 1920x1080 and it's mounted vertically, then your vertical resolution is 1920. If your 32" is 2560x1440, then your vertical resolution is 1440. So they don't have the same vertical resolution and thus you won't be able to have "pixel" perfect mouse transitions. You can try to line up the middle of the screens, but the mouse will be slightly offset if you move it to another screen when near the top/bottom. You can align your screens either in windows display settings or in your GPU driver settings.

 

(As you didn't specify what your resolutions are, i just assumed 24"=1080p, 32"=1440p)
