PC fps fluctuating under light load.

Hi,

For some reason, my pc starts to fluctuate between 60-144 fps when it's under very light load, I have a zoom meeting, discord, and three chrome tabs open. I look in task manager and nothing is maxed out. I already tried restarting. Can someone help?

 

Specs:
Ryzen 3 2300x

8gb ram

RX 570
