Pc build under $1800

Budget (including currency): $1800

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Modern Warfare, Forza, Apex, The Crew 2, RS6. Streaming and casting to multiple displays

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  already have SSD, buying with in 2 weeks, resolution at least 4k if not 1440p, prefer 144hz if not 120hz 

 

If anyone could help i would really appreciate it, my old gaming laptop decided to die.
