Hey there,

I m having a quite common issue as I m finding out with my Rival 300. As you can guess, the scroll wheel jumps back and forth when rolling it, making browsing and gaming quite annoying. Frankly, not usable so I usually have to entirely circumvent it somehow.

Mind you, I have been using the mouse for 5 years now without any issue (Thus it's also out of warranty) But the issue has left a rather sour taste in my mouth, considering it's my first "premium" mouse, and before that I just used to use simple and cheap af office mice (which none actually developed that issue even after 10+ years of use).

I have fully disassembled the mouse and cleaned it, which did nothing to solve the issue.

Are there any other ideas I could try out? Maybe I could swap the wheel sensor somehow? I briefly scoured ebay but failed to find any compatible parts...
