Budget (including currency): $600 for gpu. I have wiggle room but would rather not overspend if I don't have to

Country: usa

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: star wars squadrons, star wars battlefront 2.

Other details amd 1700, b350 board, gtx 970, dual 27 inch 1080p 60 hz

 

I plan on going to 1440p and 90-120 hertz. (picking up the monitors after)

I also have no clue what MSRP is for current day cards (lets not feed the scalpers)

Keep the 970 for now. Considering 1660 supers are like 600 usd nothing will be a worthy upgrade till the shortage is over

3000 series? I have been able to get my hands on a few ps5 for friends and family. so its not a problem to get them as msrp.

Then a 3070 or 3060 ti. But, you will be very CPU limited. Howver, getting a 30 series card at msrp is gonna be harder than a ps5
