hello

i wanted to know that, for the cpu i have(amd ryzen 5 3600x), how far i can go on gpu? im thinking of 3070 myself, but im here to find the enthusiasts opinions.

and one more thing, i know i have to buy a couple of ram sticks too(3200mhz*1stick cl16 16gb), but if i go with 3600mhz(2 sticks this time obviously), would that make a difference for the money?

Depending on games, your CPU may or may not be a bottle neck for a 80/90 class GPU. But generally speaking, mid range CPU -i5/Ryzen 5- pairs well with 70 class GPU.
As for the ram, 3600MHz CL16 is known to be the sweet spot for Ryzen 3000 series. If you already have RAMs that are running above 3000MHz with CL16, I would say it is not worth the upgrade.

In this case it is worth it.

It's 1 stick.

I'd go for 3600 (1:1 infinity fabric)

For the gpu it depends. What games and what res?

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)
