Gunnar optics- thoughts?

Anyone have thoughts on Gunnar optics? Or similar products? 

Its time for me to get some new glasses to go with a new prescription and I've been trying about getting a pair and I know they do custom lenses. Are they worth it? What are your thoughts? 

 

I do IT support and am in front of my monitor(s) basically all day at work. Figured the extra blue light filtering might be nice. 

 

Also thinking about a different pair from one of the online glasses manufacturers and if I do I would put blue light filtering on it.
