Verified Actual Gamer Program Tariffs Question

So i live in Germany and im not quite sure if its even worth it to try to get a card through the Verified Actual Gamer Program, because i have to pay all the tariffs etc. Did someone on here get one from Germany and can tell me how much extra cost that usually is? would be very much appreciated. :)
