New ram memorry problems

Hi! i bought a 2x8gb ddr3 memory to upgrade my computer because it had the old 2x2bg ddr3 in it ... i installed the new ones i turned on the computer and my computer keeps restarting

MEMORY: the old one (4.00 GB or 2x2) and the new one (16.00 GB or 2x16)
