Need help on a 2000 Pc Build! Suggestions would be very helpful!

Budget (including currency): $2000

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Recording and playing Minecraft, and Minecraft shaders, also editing, photoshopping and maybe 3D work.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Here is my current PC Plan:

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/7BP8cT (I am new to this so it would be a big help to try getting better parts or maybe change parts for a lower price!)
I am upgrading from a late 2009 imac to this windows 10 PC! I don't know when I going buy and build this PC but I hope to soon! I want and planning to get a 1920 x 1080 Resolution with 144hz refreash rate monitor!

Changes I made -
-5800x over 3800x.
-Changed cooler too Scythe Fuma 2. A bit worse thermal wise but 1/2 the price.
-Changed Motherboard to MPG B550 Wifi. Better overall board with Wifi 6
-Swapped the SSD. Orignal SSD was going to be pretty slow, not to mention double the storage
-Added a 3080, if you can't wait for MSRP swap it out for a 3060/3060ti for around 800/900
-Changed the H150i to a Meshify C. The H510i is a pretty crappy case with no airflow at all. Your GPU and CPU would have prob throttled in the NZXT case.
-Swapped PSU for Ernmanx DF revolution. Just for more watts

This is not true. It is just stating that you may need a BIOS update for Zen 3 to work. There is a bios flashback feature for this board, so there is nothing to worry about.

That’s what the current situation is sadly. GPUs are really scarce right now so you have to see what you can get your hands on.

D: For what I am seeing, the best GPUs are currently out of stock however for like mid good GPUs and bad GPUs are still in the market

A RTX 2060 super, 1080 ti or a RTX 2080 would do your tasks with a decent performance, if you find those gpus at a decent prize and available in your country.

If my answer is correct or is helpful please mark it as the solution. Quote me in your post to summon me. Beware that after summoning me ill never leave.
