(SOLVED) Desktop and taskbar constantly refreshing

Hi.... Today after I updated my laptop's amd drivers and restarted my laptop a weird thing started happening... My laptop screen would keep refreshing and not let me do anything... I opened task manager and saw that windows explored would keep getting suspended and then start again.... 

 

 

Because of this I'm not able to use my laptop... Can u try and recommend a fix? Thanks in advance
