PC newbie needs help getting started

I just got a my first ever desktop, it's a prebuilt from a german company. I just started it up for the first time and everything is in german and i don't know german. i think it is asking me to pick my keyboards layout and create an Microsoft account, thats all i understand.

How do i fix it? how do i change the langueage to something i can understand? Can i reset Windows somehow? so i can get started.
