Bluetooth headphones and mic

Hey all, I have a pair of nice Bluetooth headphones that are great for casually playing games/listening to music.  However if I need to get on a discord call with my bros, the moment the headphones open the mic up the sound quality over BT becomes utter garbage. I was wondering if anyone knew of something like a wireless mic that can be stuck to the side of these things to use, or if such a thing even exists at all, thanks
