Hello, i have an problem. Every time i move my mouse my internet speed slows down to about 680 Kbit/s (max. speed 100 Mbit/s). Even tough thats enough for playing games it disturbs a lot when i talk to my friends while i open a YT vid or something like that (ping goes to 5000ms+). To stop that i have to turn my mouse off or just leave it for 2-3 seconds. Is there any possibility to change the channel of the mouse?

I have to use 2.4Ghz because there is no range for 5Ghz. And i have an Fritz!Repeater 2400 configured as an LAN-Bridge.

My mouse: Logitech G Pro

My wi-fi card: Gigabyte GC-Wb1733D-I.

Thanks and sorry if my english is bad.

If you do not want to spend any more money, and want/need to stay on wi-fi, download a 'wi-fi analyzer' app and see what channel your mouse and router is using. If it's the same, change the channel of the router.

Other (better) options:

  • use a wired ethernet connection
  • use a wired mouse
  • use a bluetooth mouse
  • rearrange the antenna of your computer
