Power issues

I'm thinking it has something to do with the motherboard currently my computer has to be on power savings mode with a 500watt 80+ gold PSU if i put it any higher then power savings my pc will turn off after a few min I don't have a crazy system either I have 1030 GPU my CPU is a AMD FX 8320 i tried googling it and couldn't figure it out, what seems to be the problem?

 

it was also doing this with another 500watt 80+ bronze PSU

I only have 3 case fans 1 DDR3 8gb ram

1 HDD
