Windows Error-Keeps disabling windows update itself

Hi people,how are you ?

I have problem,i dont know how to fix it i tried but it didnt work..

I cant download xbox console companion,i download is on pending.First it said error for windows update,and now its shows i owned app but i dont have it on my pc.And in services,when i set windows update to automatic,it disables it itself.Really frustrated...

now it is again showing error,called Code: 0x80070422
