Switched to amd

Go to solution Solved by Henrygang,

Hi, I just switched my rig over to amd getting a ryzen 5 1600 from my original i5 7500, I did some reading before I switched and saw I would possibly need to re install windows which I had to do now that I'm in windows I'm wondering is their a easy way to grab my old apps and steam game data and bring it over, I'm using the same ssd's so I can see my old stuff.

Apps you should always reinstall, including Steam itself. There's always registry entries and stuff, and you just won't ever get it all, and it may not work properly for the new install, even if you did.

However, you can bring over your Steam Library. Just move it, and then have Steam refresh the library based on that install location (in the Steam options).
