Gpu usage

Yo guys. I have ryzen 5 2600,8gb of 3000mhz(waiting for 2nd stick to complete 16g kit) and Sapphire Nitro+ RX 470 4GB. My GPU usage in games just never wants to reach max usage. Its always like 40-60% usage on max settings. Processor is like 15-30% usage. How can I push the gpu more?

I never enable Vsync,I use frame rate target control

More demanding games as in? I have games that i want to play already,but the gpu just doesnt use its full potential... 

Ram isnt that big of a deal in games like WoW and csgo? It is in some other games that I play,thats why im waiting for the 2nd stick.

Vsync sets your frame rate to match your monitors refresh rate. FRTC lets you chose your FPS. Almost identical purpose both do the same thing. You cant magically "force" your GPU to use its "full potential" while keeping your frames limited and also not changing into a more demanding load.

I want the GPU at max potential,not CPU.

 

And frtc has much less input lag and smoother gameplay imo.

The thing is,I dont use it atm. Thats why i made the thread. With unlocked fps,max settings available,its still not using sometimes not even 50% usage...
