Why does the forum tab pause?

Well it happens either because of inactivity or you lost your internet connection

This is probably wrong place to ask but mods correct me if wrong but anyone know why the forum tab like pauses it gets a pause icon and then I don't get notifications from here

Then it probably is for the lost internet connection because I hibernate my PC
