First PC build but no POST

So, I started my first and finished my first build on Friday, I went to turned on the PSU and the motherboard RGB turned on fine. When I went to press the power button on the case nothing happened, the fans would not turn on nor the CPU cooler or the ram, I checked the cables and even hooking everything up again, but nothing happened. There was no sound or beeping on the motherboard, I took out the ram and left one in but still nothing. Then I decided to jumpstart the motherboard and that did not work either. My friend is coming over this week to check what the problem is but I’m posting this to see if I can get any suggestions on what the problem could be or if I could potentially find a solution. My specs are:

GPU: GTX 1080 OC G1 Gigabyte

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition

Memory: G. SKILL Trident Z (2 x 8GB) (For AMD)

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200 RPM

SSD: Samsung 970 EVO 500GB

Fans: COOLMOON Quiet Edition 120mm

Motherboard: ASRock B550M Steel Legend AM4

PSU: Corsair CX650M

Case: DarkFlash DLM21
