Razer Raptor 27 dimming

Before you bully me... I know it's razer. I just got my new monitor and it will randomly dim, almost like auto brightness. The monitor is at stock settings and I cannot find an option for auto brightness. It only seems to happen in HDR and when HDR is turned off the monitor looks like it has a dulled filter over it so I do not want to use it without HDR.

 

Any ideas why this is happening? I am using a 3070 with drivers 466.11 and a DP cable

Hey @gibkcoc - did you find a way to resolve this? I’m having the same issue?
