Games Are stuttering

After installing some Games on my HDD my game's texture doesnt load properly and the games keep stuttering after installing the same games on my SSD this problem doesnt occur. first i thought it was the hard drive so i claimed its warranty , the retailer replaced my hdd with a new one but it didnt solve my problem .

so i gave my hdd to my friend he is not facing any problem whatsoever what may cause this problem?

Specs:

CPU: RYZEN 3500

GPU: RTX 2060 s
HDD: WD blue  7200rpm

I will make an assumption and say it's your HDD. 

This is actually a common problem with a bad HDD. Loading textures is very slow,overall performance can be affected in terms of stuttering because HDD can't keep up. I suggest buying an SSD,this will fix your issue.
