What to consider in buying a monitor?? I'm planning to buy a 1080p 27" monitor , should I consider a lesser response time than a higher refresh rate or in the other way ???

ppi on a 27 inch 1080p monitor will look bad

buy a 23 inch 1080p or go with a 27 inch 2560x1440
