For CPU - 11400F costs much less and is almost as fast in games as 10700k

The monitor is a bit underwhelming, considering the GPU. But if the budget needs to be tighter, then it's that.  Also - 2 monitors and different ones at that?

But for SSD - i'd consider NVME SSD, like ADATA XPG GAMMIX S11 Pro 2 TB

The 2nd monitor is mostly going to used for discord and if need to do any multi tasking

There is no reason to go for z590. B560 supports memory overclocking and for cpu overclocking it doesn’t matter since the cpu is locked anyway. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/vsLFf7/msi-b560m-pro-vdh-wifi-micro-atx-lga1200-motherboard-b560m-pro-vdh-wifi

$940 for a 2080 super!?!?! At that point you should be a prebuilt. Go for the 11500 (non-f) and use integrated graphics and wait for the 3070 to be at msrp
