Nothing boots - Preparing Auto Repair Loop

Hi All - Hope someone has encountered this or can shed some light.

 

PC was running fine for months. Then out of the blue (no pun intended), left it on OBS w/ Premiere Pro, came back & series of reboots with “Preparing Automatic Repair”. Should note this is right after post. Able to get into the BIOS & set all to factory. Made three different bootable USB’s, BIOS detects and attempts to boot however they also get stuck in the “Preparing repair” crash loop.

 

what I’ve tried -

reboots, USB’s, reseat ram slot by slot, remove all HD and isolate USB media, replaced UPS power cable, checked all other cables and connectors.

 

System Specs

CPU - AMD 3800XT

MB - Aorus X570 Master

Ram - Corsair Vengeance 32K

GPU - 3090FE Nvlink

PSU - Thor 1200W

BIOS ver - F32 (downgraded from F33 as I thought that might be the culprit)

 

Again - Any info helps and is appreciated. Thank you.

 

Attached is the only blue screen I was able to get to.

edit: also cleared CMOS

Can’t even get far, just reboots. Even with a Windows bootable USB.
