Separating Network with T3200M modem

I would like to create separate LANs with my T3200 modem. I would like to have one wi-fi for the laptop, a guest wifi, and a separate wifi for IOT devices. The ethernet cables would remains within the same ip address range as the laptops and printers. Does anyone have suggestions on how to do so?! Would an ubiquiti router be the best option?!

HOw do you want these subnets to be able to talk to each other? What rules are you mking?

 

Why not just put the iot on the guest network?

I do not want these subnets to talk to each other. I want the Guest network to be independent of the IOT. I have 4 IOT devices, 3 laptops, 2 pcs, two television, and a wifi printer. I would like 3 vlans.
