It's too late when i realized that my motherboard is weird. It doesn't fit on my other case. Can you suggest things to do

Looks like an custom OEM dimensions with upside down layout. There is nothing you can do about that, you wont be using that with standard case layouts.

There are two ways to go about this:

 

- Get a normal motherboard

- Find the OEM case that this computer was part of and use that instead.

No. Get a new motherboard. That's an old HP Compaq board that needs not only a custom case but also a custom power supply. The SATA power also comes from the motherboard, so you'd need those leads as well. 

You could get the case and PSU to match it, but I'd suggest getting standard components instead.
