Threadripper Capture card based issues.

So I don't help with any particular subjects however I would like to know if you as a consumer/Prosumer/Professional have has any issue with captures card on a thread ripper based system. Heard a hew stutters and flicker based issues form Decklink users, but info about any card brand would be great! 🙂
