CPU overheating (water cooling)

TLDR: CPU overheating at idle even though everything is running (water cooling)
Hi, I recently (2 days ago) build my first pc. It was tough, but somehow I was able to do it, most of it. For some reason, my CPU temp are all over the place (during idle). It’s usually around the 60-70, sometimes go to 49-50, and I had even seen up to 86. I tried maxing the fans speed, and the case is open on both side, but the temp doesn’t go down. Is there a way to fix this? The GPU is running fine (31C) so I doubt it's something like airflow I’m using Ryzen 5 5600x and the AIO is Masterliquid ml240l v2 rgb.

i dont know if this was just mine be i had cooling issues with the 120m one i was running 97 to 123 C on my 10700k. i think its just the brand because i got Kraken X53 and it fixed it now i run 78 max with 100% usage
