Chrome is glitching/flickering

So sometimes chrome will go completely black, then return to mostly normal but have some black boxes that i can remove by downsizing the tab and maximizing it again. This has happened 1-5 times a day or its gone days without happening. I have no idea what causes it so I can't reproduce it.
