I've got my laptop with some kind of Realtek's internal soundcard.

Turns out, as I discovered just recently, while the speaker (on any output, on the laptop speaker or any external 3.5mm audio I plugged in) are 'active' (basically, just letting out any kind of sound), ANY microphone would be kind of 'disabled', both the laptop's microphone, or any 3.5mm microphone (headphone with mic, or anything) that's plugged in. It's especially annoying on Discord when you need to scream the sh*t on a war on Dota 2.

Kind of solved it (temporarily) by using my phone's mic, I did use Wo Mic app. But since I updated to 20H2 (1909 previously), welp, I tried any kind of troubleshooting (reinstalling driver, reinstalling everyting), it just doesn't work anymore as my laptop won't detect the mic itself.

I'm kind of out of options. Perhaps, a cheapo USB soundcard might work while I plugged the headphone output to the laptop's and the mic to the USB soundcard? I suppose the good way is actually 'separating' the input and output lane.

Humor me, as you should do.
