How I translate this:

budget: not very much

use case: really graphically difficult things

The problem lately is that good GPUs are hard to obtain for reasonable prices.  Everything is difficult, but GPUs are particularly difficult. PCpartPicker does work with Aussie dollars so it’s a good way to determine pricing.  The problem is that you won’t actually be stopped by a slow machine.  Something 10 years old can DO all those things, they just won’t do them very well.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.
