Hello everyone, I have a problem while watching Netflix on my Pc after changing the graphics card from an old r9 270x to a 2080ti, in the netflix App, when I try to watch something or search anything on the menu, the mouse stutters and my entire computer lags, does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
