windows10 I need help

It boots up into the bios just fine but wen i try to load in to windows it does this

Not sure what the cause is but you could try removing your graphics drivers using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) in safe mode, reboot and reinstall the latest driver when logging back in.

 

To force Win10 into safe mode hold down the power button when you get to thatt screen, repeat this three times and it should all you to boot into safe mode

I haven't installed windows yet this is me trying to do a clean install of windows

How did you create the installation media? maybe you usb drive is corrupt? If you have the iso file use rufus to burn a new copy to your usb drive or use media creation tool to create new installation media.

I have tried on 6 different usb sticks some used some not 3 of them i tryed 2 times on 2 used and 1 not
