Fan help

I have a Cooler master ml240 v2 and this problem started recently I use my siv software that came with my motherboard to control the speed of the fans and now I can’t no matter what I do the fan speed doesn’t change even in the bios. The fan speeds keeps like cycling from 0rpm-600rpm it just turns on and off any help?
