RTX 2060 underperforming... Please help:)

Hey! So I have a new build and it seems to be underperforming, all my drivers are up to date and such. 

Rtx2060 6GB

Ryzen 5 2600

16 guys of RAM 3200mhz

ROG crosshair VII hero motherboard

1000 watt PSU

1TB HDD not a SSD (ik I need to get one) 

 

Any help would be awesome! Thank you guys, be easy on me . 

 

Also I'm only getting an unreliable 60fps on coldwar with settings at medium and maybe 50/55 in cyberpunk with the settings messed with. Basically can't get near 100fps on any games besides old ones lmao

Have you tried reseating the gpu?

I have not, I assume that's just removing and reseating it?. I'll try but if it helps it has been performing the same ever since I built it about 2 weeks ago

What resolution are you playing at? Do you have dual channel ram? Is your CPU properly cooled? I would also download MSI afterburner and look through your GPU utilization and per-thread cpu utilization while gaming.

1080p, yes to dual channel, and my cpu sits around 75/83 c while gaming.

Just jumped on black ops with afterburner and it shows an equal usage of 75-88% on each thread or core idk exactly how to read those graphs but it shows the temp and that looks fine then it showed the utilisation on like 12 graphs and they all say around the same usage of 75-88
