CSGO FPS Problem. Please help!!

Hello, so for some odd reason, suddenly (6 months ago or so) my fps in csgo have drastically dropped in a lot of maps (such as Cache, Dust 2) and others (liike Mirage) have good framerate but drop a lot during a lot of gunplay and utility such as smokes. My question is why is this happening and most importantly HOW to fix this issue. It's driving me NUTS. Valorant is running great, with an average of 250-300 fps.

I also play on 144hz monitor so anything below that is UNPLAYABLE!!!

My PC Specs:
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6gb
CPU: intel core i5 8500
RAM: 16GB DDR4

Before you say the obvious:
I have reinstalled the game multiple times, I have the latest drivers AND I even deinstalled them and reinstalled them, have tried lowering the game resolution, have tried changing the game settings (even though generally speaking csgo settings make little to no difference)

If you are able to help me with my problem I will appreciate it a lot, im going NUTS
