Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Streaming; Blender ; Gta V

My Build:  

  • Intel Core i3 -9100F
  • Gtx 1650 or 1650 super if I add 100$
  • DDR4- 16 GB  KINGSTON HYPER X 2666 MHZ
  • MSI H310M-PRO VDH PLUS
  •  SSD  128 GB SP .+ HDD 500 GB TOSHIBA 7200 PRM

Total for: 700$ or 800$ if I choose the 1650 super. Is it a good build for my needs ?

I would say it wouldn't be that Ideal. Most games already take up 4 cores, then using another 2 cores just to stream. You might want to go to a 10600k or something along that like. Also where is your psu and case m8?

His gpu has NVEC which i find works well up to 900p

Oh I forgot, Psu: COOLER MASTER ELITE 400 W 80+ 

and for the case I took a Msi Mag Vampiric 100R

I would go with a slightly better cpu for streaming as youe 4 cores will most likely be an issue with anything very cpu intensive.

the 10100 is significantly better than the 9100 due to it being faster and having hyperthreading. it will be better for streaming but I'd still recommend using Nvenc. Keep in mind you would need an H410 motherboard instead of H310 for the 10100
