Budget (including currency): I would like to keep it under $3000 USD

Country: America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Medium/Heavy Gaming, including VR, streaming, photoshop, and schoolwork/Zoom

Other details: Once I can get my hand on a GPU, then I will be purchasing the rest of the parts

This is going to be my first ever pc build, and I think I've done plenty of research for a good build, but I need a second opinion. This list was made in PC part picker. All prices are in USD.

Why so many overridden prices?

The cpu cooler price is beyond ridiculous. You can get a Dark Rock Pro 4 for less than half that price. Which means you can get a better cpu without a budget bump.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

The CPU cooler is not normally that price, normally it is priced around $70 USD. As for the overridden prices, the ones marked at 0 are the ones I've already bought. The other prices are overridden because they will not show up in PC Part Picker.
