Massive Minecraft Framerate fluctuations

I am encountering an odd issue with Minecraft bedrock edition. Sometimes my FPS is all the way up to 210fps, and then it drops down to about 30fps. I just don't understand what could be happened here. It's a gradual drop down to 30fps, not a sudden drop. I have it at 12 chunks. 

 

Here's my system specs. It's on a laptop

Intel i7-10875H

RTX 3070 

16 Gb if ram

You should definitely get optifine, usually minecraft has big frame drops when it loads chunks without it. Turn everything on in video settings performance tab after it is installed.

Isn't optifine only available in Java edition. I am having this issue in Minecraft for windows 10/bedrock edition.
