CPU:A MD Ryzen 5 1600

Ram: 2x8gb T-Force Vulcan Z DDR4

SSD: Teamgroup GX2 512GB

PSU: Corsair CX Series 650 Watt

GPU: GTX 780 (used) for $145

It doesn't matter, the 3600 is objectively better value for money even if 780 is bottleneck in  games.
