Cs Go Problems Help please

Hi,

at first please pardon my english. I come here because i feel like i've done everything i can to fix this problem.

I have an msi rtx 3080 a r7 5800x 16 go ddr4 ram 3200 mHz 850 W psu ... So cs go should be running fine.

My fps on the game are good but i'm lagging if i show you my screen without the fps counter you'r gonna think it's at 3 fps really if i try to look from the right to the left i'll have 3 images but the fps are good.
What i've done so far:

Update drivers

Verify the integrity of the files with steam

Deleted / downloaded again the game

Set the game to high priority on windows task

Deleted temp files on windows

 

 

My temps are fine on the game . Idk what to do I only have 1 screen if it can help and it's only doing this on cs go . Oh and the stuttering happen even in the menu where you can "turn" your player.

 

Edit: I found the problem but i have no clue how to solve it. It's the "var" in netgraph that become crazy . I tryt to put my fps max at 144 lowering all my settings again

Oh and it happen in singleplayer too
